RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased through the MariusFit website.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

MariusFit products are digital products delivered electronically.

No physical product is shipped and there is therefore no physical product to return.

2. CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Consumers purchasing online may have statutory cancellation rights.

For digital content supplied immediately after purchase, the statutory cancellation right may be lost once delivery of the digital content begins, provided that the customer has expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged the relevant loss of the cancellation right as required by law.

MariusFit will use the checkout process to obtain the relevant acknowledgement and consent where required.

3. IMMEDIATE DIGITAL DELIVERY

By purchasing a MariusFit digital product and completing the relevant digital-content acknowledgement at checkout, you expressly request that delivery of the digital content begins immediately.

You acknowledge that, where permitted by applicable law, your statutory cancellation right may end once delivery of the digital content begins.

If the legally required acknowledgement or consent has not been properly obtained, statutory cancellation rights may continue to apply.

4. FAULTY OR NON-CONFORMING DIGITAL CONTENT

Nothing in this policy removes or restricts statutory consumer rights.

If a digital product is:

• faulty;

• corrupted;

• materially different from its description;

• not supplied as advertised;

• not fit for a purpose specifically agreed with MariusFit; or

• otherwise does not comply with applicable consumer law,

MariusFit will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

5. DOWNLOAD OR ACCESS PROBLEMS

If you have successfully purchased a product but cannot access, download or open the supplied files, please contact:

MariusFit will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate technical delivery or access problems.

6. SOFTWARE AND DEVICE COMPATIBILITY

Where a product is supplied in a stated file format, such as an Excel workbook or PDF document, the customer is responsible for ensuring that their device and software are capable of opening and using that file format.

MariusFit does not guarantee compatibility with every device, operating system, software version or third-party application.

However, this section does not limit any statutory consumer rights that may apply where the digital content itself does not conform to the contract.

7. ACCIDENTAL DUPLICATE PURCHASES

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact:

as soon as reasonably possible.

MariusFit will review the circumstances and, where appropriate, may provide a refund or other suitable resolution.

8. CHANGE OF MIND

Where the customer has expressly requested immediate delivery of the digital content and the statutory cancellation right has been validly lost following delivery, a change of mind after delivery may not entitle the customer to a refund.

This does not affect statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Refund or support requests should be sent to:

Please include:

• your name;

• the email address used for the purchase;

• order information where available; and

• a description of the issue.

This information helps MariusFit investigate the request efficiently.

10. STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or limits any statutory consumer rights.

If any part of this policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection law, the relevant statutory law will apply.

MariusFit will comply with applicable consumer protection requirements.
